I am a psychotherapist (MPF) based in Copenhagen, working at the intersection of psychology and spirituality. I particularly support people going through spiritual awakening, Kundalini, existential difficulties or challenging experiences related to meditation. My approach combines psychotherapy with more than 30 years of personal experience with meditation and spiritual practice. I offer a grounded space where psychological and spiritual experiences can be explored without reducing one to the other. I offer psychotherapy in English and Danish, both online and in person in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen.
