I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist by training and practice. This means that rather than following one therapeutic approach, I will combine different concepts and ideas depending on the issues you bring and your preferred way of working. Together we are going to explore your thoughts and feelings, which will lead to a greater awareness and better understanding of your issues and how best to approach them.
