My 4-year psychodynamic counselling training is accredited by BPC and BACP. I completed a 2-year post-qualifying psychodynamic psychotherapy training since then. I was a mental health social worker prior to training as a therapist and have a combined experience of over 25 years supporting people from all walks of life through challenging times.I place real emphasis on building a relationship of trust and security with my clients, where we can explore present troubles, consider the influence of the past and find hope for the future.
