I am a highly experienced counsellor / psychotherapist, I'm able to deal with difficult emotions, I listen deeply, and can help unpick complex issues.As a psychodynamic therapist I am interested in past experiences and unconscious processes - I believe they have a big impact on how well we function, how we feel, and how we treat ourselves and others. I work with adults and have specific expertise in working with young adults and people in higher education, but my clients come from all walks of life and are at different stages in life.
