Über mich

I am a psychodynamic counsellor working with adults in-person in Basingstoke, as well as online or over the phone. I offer once-weekly sessions on an open-ended basis, or within a time-limited frame, depending on your needs. Currently I have availability on Wednesdays only. As I am a fully qualified, BACP registered therapist with a broad experience, we can work together on a large variety of issues and themes, such as depression, anxiety, difficulties within relationships and family, grief, psychosomatic illnesses, or simply feeling ‘off’ without knowing what is going on.
