People come to me usually when the circumstances of their life have moved them beyond their usual coping strategies and they are no longer able to orient themselves in their world. Together we make meaning so they can find their true North again and understand what is happening in their life. Usually, such crisis takes us deeper into who we are and force us to get to know ourselves at a more profound level, and during this process self-compassion and self-love grow, as we get to know ourselves better and honour the process of maturation and growth we are on.
