Über mich

I am a person centred counsellor who is trained in EMDR and different trauma approaches. I firmly believe in the healing capacities we all carry inside and that it is possible to change, overcome unhealthy ways of living, recover from trauma, become able to relate to others in a healthy way, and to live life more fully. Non-judgement, authenticity and kindness are at the heart of my way of working. It is important to me that my clients feel safe, relaxed and in control.
