About me

I have a wealth of experience gained over the past 25 years as a counsellor and psychotherapist, trainer and supervisor, maintaining a private practice throughout. My approach is Humanistic and integrative, and I work using elements of person-centred, Gestalt therapy, Body-work and Inner Child work as appropriate. It is important that we find a way that feels right and supportive for you. I believe in a whole person approach, which takes the interactions between the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of ourselves into consideration.
