About me

I am an empathetic, warm and curious BACP registered counsellor working with adults and young people who are feeling stuck, stressed, anxious, experiencing grief and loss, relationship and career difficulties, and many other issues. I have worked both in private practice and with not-for-profit mental health organisations, with a particular focus on working with carers and family members of people with mental illness and substance use issues.
