The therapy I offer is helping you to explore and get a clearer sense of what is going on for you. It is my experience that what people most need when in mental distress is a warm understanding non-judgemental environment to make sense of their situation. People usually know deep down what is best for them but can need support to clarify about what that really means for them. I am here to accompany them on their journey and give them the space and the support they need to figure out what they really want and how they want to be.
