My name is Shanne and I am a qualified person-centred counsellor.I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space, where we can explore any difficulties or struggles you have at the moment or may have had for a while. Together we will work on overcoming obstacles, worries, pain, trauma, loss or grief. This is done at your pace, where I provide you with the space to explore, talk or simply be, whilst I bring empathy and attentiveness to the sessions, allowing you to feel heard and seen.
