I am a qualified counsellor and a registered accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). My core training was based on the person centred approach at a masters level at Keele University. I am a Cognitive Analytic Therapy therapist/ practitioner accredited by the Association of Cognitive Analytic Therapy (ACAT) since 2023. I am also an EMDR therapist and a member of the EMDR Association.
