I can help you unravel your feelings and emotions within a secure, warm and non-judgemental environment, where empathy, acceptance and honesty are not only the tools but also the means towards acceptance and growth.There is a time in our lives when we feel alone, misunderstood, lost, or as if treading a path not strewn with roses. The reasons behind these feelings are unique for each one of us. Bereavement, redundancy or issues from the present or past may be lurking in the corner to take their toll.
