Michael Bleszynski

About me

Dr. Michael Bleszynski is a Clinical Assistant Professor at UBC specializing in hepatopancreatobiliary (HPB) surgery. He is also an active staff surgeon at Vancouver General Hospital, focusing on HPB and transplant surgery. His clinical practice includes treating cancers of the pancreas, liver, and bile ducts, as well as managing chronic pancreatitis and performing liver, pancreas, and islet cell transplants. He is also the Program Director for the HPB Fellowship Program and is dedicated to expanding the pancreas transplant program at VGH.
