I am an integrative psychotherapist specialising in complex trauma and complex PTSD, including narcissistic abuse, relational trauma, and neurodivergent experiences (ADHD and ASD).My work is particularly suited to people who feel that something deeper is shaping their thoughts, emotions, or relationships, even when they understand their difficulties intellectually.
