I am a psychotherapeutic counsellor and offer personalized therapy based in Hampshire. My experience is grounded in my accrued learning from clients in clinical practice, which has taught me how genuinely to listen with both head and heart; to provide a humane and creative space for free thinking, drawing intuitively from life experience to make sense, see new possibilities and open up to new perspectives.
