Welcome to my profile. I’m Anna, an MBACP (Accred) Relational Therapist and Coach. I am a trauma-informed therapist dedicated to creating a therapeutic space that supports your unique journey. My approach integrates extensive training in Transactional Analysis (rooted in psychoanalysis), Gestalt, and Jungian approaches.I received a MSc in The Psychodynamics of Human Development (Jungian Analytic Stream) from the Birkbeck University of London​ and trained at the Gestalt Centre & Metanoia Institute.
