About me

I am a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor. I work in a person-centred way which means I believe that each person is the real expert on her or himself, but sometimes we can get overwhelmed and confused about how we feel or what is best for ourselves, this is when counselling can be of great help. I will listen to you without judgement to understand who you are, how you see things and what your experience is. I offer a warm, supportive and honest relationship in which we will talk about what you are struggling with.
