In my experience and having worked with many presenting issues and different people one thing that I have observed in my practice it’s the very important need to feel connected to others but also to our own self. We human are very complex and our emotions sometimes can be difficult and complicated to experience. Experiencing challenging and overwhelming emotions can be very difficult and the struggle sometimes can feel unbearable.
