Our work together will include bringing awareness in the present moment, allowing you to notice your experience as it takes place. Awareness in the present moment, otherwise called mindfulness, allows a shift (and relief) from our patterns and suffering.I work in a very compassionate, and creative / inventive way. During our sessions I may combine mindfulness, art, movement, embodiment, EMDR and IFS.
