About me

Individual Counselling:In individual counselling sessions I facilitate exploring whatever topic or issue you may bring on the day or continue to evaluate and work on a concern or subject matter from previous sessions. I will assist you to elaborate what matters to you and most importantly work with you at your pace. As a therapist I offer a variety of counselling techniques (integrative approach) to accommodate you to the best of my abilities. I sometimes include creative activities where appropriate.
