About me

I have over 30 years experience of working with individuals and couples. My approach is integrative and recognises a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual dimension and I consider all those in my work. When appropriate and with consent, I use hypnosis to explore deep emotional issues which at times keep a person stuck in some past difficulties. My academic qualifications include a PhD and an MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling.
