About me

Hello,I am an integrative therapist offering support to adults and young people with issues such as depression, anxiety, loneliness, relationship difficulties and many others. In my work, I use a blend of different therapeutic tools and approaches to fit your individual needs. By using elements drawn from different psychological theories, I am able to offer a more flexible and inclusive approach. I have been in clinical practice for 18 years during which I have gained a wide experience of supporting people through different struggles in life.
