If you’ve ever felt like the regular path in life wasn’t built for you, like you’re craving something more but don’t know what that ‘more’ is — you’re not alone. I offer a blend of counselling, hypnotherapy, life coaching and EMDR to help you work through past trauma, including relational trauma, and the weight that keeps you stuck. Together, we’ll create a supportive space where you can untangle what’s holding you back, rebuild healthy relationships, reconnect with yourself, and move towards a life that feels more like your own.
