I’m Iolanda.If you have you been feeling lost, uncertain or overwhelmed, I am here to help.I am an integrative, psychotherapeutic counsellor and I work with clients who are experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem and issues in their relationships.You may be looking for support with setting boundaries, forming and maintaining meaningful relationships or with improving the way you think and feel about yourself. Or perhaps you feel at a loss, like something isn’t working and you just don’t know why. I have supported clients from diverse backgrounds and walks of life.
