I am qualified as a humanistic and integrative counsellor. Talking through life's challenges and the unsettling emotions that accompany them with someone outside the situation can be really helpful. Through listening carefully and empathically to your difficulties, I aim to help you work through your concerns, supporting you as you think through how to journey onward. I aim to work at a pace that is comfortable for you.
