About me

It’s really important to find the right counsellor, someone you can connect with easily, speak freely and feel understood. I hope I can make the process a little easier by sharing some of my background and how I work.I’m an experienced psychotherapeutic counsellor, trained at the Metanoia Institute, with 15 years in clinical practice. I provide counselling sessions in Harley Street, Old Street and Chislehurst. I specialise in supporting people to reduce anxiety and depression, improve self-confidence and self-esteem, and work through relationship issues and trauma.
