Joanna Szarwinska

About me

Joanna Szarwinska is a certified EMDR therapist and social skills trainer with a Master's degree in Psychology from SWPS University in Warsaw. She practices primarily in the EMDR and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) modalities, also incorporating humanistic psychology and mindfulness techniques. She works under continuous supervision and has extensive experience in corporate training and workshops.
