About me

Hi, I am Lucia. I am an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor and I work with children, young people and adults.I offer a gentle and steady space where you can talk openly and feel supported. Many people come to me when they feel anxious, low, overwhelmed or unsure where to turn. Others come because they want to understand themselves better or make sense of things that have stayed with them for a long time.With children and young people I use a mix of talking and creative methods.
