I work with people experiencing various life challenges and difficulties such as stress, anxiety, depression, low self-worth and self-confidence, family issues, relationship difficulties, health concerns and work-related issues. How you connect with me as your counsellor is important, I work alongside you to help you feel comfortable, safe and understood, so that you feel able to share what is going on for you and help us together find ways to minimise any overwhelming feelings you are experiencing.
