Difficulties in the relationships that matter most to you can be a source of distress, anxiety, frustration or despair. When all your efforts to make things better still haven't worked, maybe it's time to think about trying a different approach. I have spent over two decades working with people who find themselves in difficult emotional situations requiring gentle understanding and thoughtful reflection. My specialist training in working with relationship dynamics, attachment disorders, adult sexuality and family systems creates a space for deep exploration.
