About me

I am a fully qualified, experienced psychotherapist. I offer one-to-one talking therapy to adults who have a variety of concerns including stress, anxiety, bereavement, unsatisfactory relationships, sleep problems, depressive states, obsessional states, anger and traumatic experiences. My therapeutic approach can also enhance the lives of people who experience a loss of meaning in their lives or those who are seeking a greater sense of fulfilment in life. In my practice, I abide by the BACP Code of Ethics.
