I work in a number of ways and settings, to suit my clients' needs. Person-centred counselling is non-judgemental and supportive - it provides a safe space for you to explore negative experiences or feelings and, ultimately, to limit any power they might be having over you. I work face to face, on Zoom, or in person and outdoors. I regularly work with clients who are neuro-diverse - particularly people with ADHD and/or ASD.
