About me

I am an Integrative therapist, member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I work with a wide range of clients who experience anxiety, low mood, difficulties with relationships, sense of connection, low self-esteem, fear of rejection and abandonment, or lived through adverse childhood experiences. Sometimes it is difficult to understand what causes us distress, or lack of fulfilment, and we can experience a range of uncomfortable feelings, while struggling to make sense of them. Maybe you second-guess yourself, and feel stuck, or find it difficult to say no.
