Ruth Birkebaek

About me

I am a MD, a Transactional Analysis trainer and supervisor (PTSTA), a Relational Integrative Psychotherapist, having trained for 5 years with Richard Erskine. I started my career in Brazil in 1989 as a Plastic Surgeon. After graduating from medical school I became interested in the impact of the mind on the development of physical illness. Currently I work full time as a psychotherapist and supervisor in private practice in London, and deliver trainings in Relational Integrative Psychotherapy as developed by Richard Erskine.
