I practice as an integrative relational therapist, an organisational psychologist and coach – working individually with adults and young people.Life can become hard on us at times and sometimes we may find ourselves struggling. We might struggle as a consequence of our past experiences, upbringings, the weight of expectations from people in our lives and imposed by society.
