Up to one in 5 of us is neurodivergent (such as ADHD, autistic, or AuDHD) and many of us self-identify or are diagnosed formally in adulthood. This means we may not have had the chance to fully understand ourselves and what we need during our earlier years. I know from my research, that neurodivergent people say they can spend valuable time in therapy educating their therapist about neurodivergence. I offer neurodivergence affirming therapy so that all of your experiences can be understood without you having to justify or explain your neurodivergence.
