Hi! I'm Silvia, a psychodynamic psychotherapist working at HQ Therapy Rooms in Haggerston and online. By the age of 18, I had lived in seven countries. Growing up as a Third Culture Kid made me adaptable and resilient, but it also gave me firsthand experience of what it’s like to feel different, to search for belonging, and to manage uncertainty.
