About me

Hi, I'm Sonja. I am a psychotherapist with over 15 years of clinical experience working in both in and outpatient services. I treat all major mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, phobias, work/home related stresses, bereavement and addiction. My specialisation and passion lie in the field of eating disorders (anorexia nervosa, bulimia, binge eating disorder, compulsive eating), disordered eating and body dysmorphia.
