About me

Having lived in different countries in different stages of my life and raised a family here in the UK, I had to face my vulnerabilities, mostly on my own. Along the way, I also needed help working through them, especially during life changing events. My passion has always been dealing with and helping people, and making a positive difference in their lives. My special interest is working with individuals facing life changing events, like I did, which can result in depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, among many other symptoms.
