I am an Integrative Psychotherapist with 20 years' experience in the public/NHS sector and private practice. I work with individuals and couples (often cross-cultural couples) online. My experience is in the following: - anxiety and depression - addiction - bereavement - couple counselling - cross-cultural adaptation - relationship issues - stress and work-related difficulties Having a business background in professional services, I also offer coaching. This is a more targeted, time limited way of dealing with a specific life or work issue.
