My name is Wioleta Michalska and I am an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist (member of BACP – British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and NCPS – National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society).Integrative Psychotherapy is a combination of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Attachment, Person Centered, Compassion Focused and other therapeutic approaches.I am also specialized in Inner Child Therapy which is about healing and nurturing the vulnerable and often wounded part of us – the child we once were.
