I’m Eliana, a London-based, BACP-registered psychotherapist. I work with people at moments when life has shifted — when something has ended, changed, or no longer makes sense, and familiar ways of being feel unsettled. These moments can bring anxiety, grief, or disorientation, yet they also create space for reflection, meaning, and transformation. My work is grounded in existential and psychodynamic psychotherapy and informed by trauma-focused practice.
