I am a BACP Accredited integrative therapist. I am predominantly Person Centred and also incorporate Cognitive Behavioural Therapies, Psychodynamic and Transactional Analysis models to our work.I work alongside you to address wellness, relationships, personal growth and mental health. Counselling is a process in which we meet to explore your personal problems and try to identify solutions.
