I didn’t come to therapy through textbooks—I came through the fire. My own experiences with depression, addiction, and searching for meaning deeply inform my work. Having personally experienced the transformative power of therapy, I feel inspired to offer the same compassionate and reflective space to others.I believe the struggles that lead us to therapy are invitations into deeper self-understanding. Rather than simply fixing symptoms, our work involves exploring your unique life story and uncovering the wisdom hidden beneath your difficulties.
