I am a UKCP accredited integrative therapist providing a warm, supportive and non-judgmental space for you to bring whatever you need to talk about. As every client and situation is different, I will do my best to bring a mixed approach to our sessions depending on what works best for you.I am there to listen to you with empathy and to help you think about your feelings, however difficult they may be.
