I offer open-ended, psychodynamic therapy. This means that it will be a non-judgemental, non-pathologising space where your experiences are met with care, and where we can explore feelings of being stuck, unseen, or overwhelmed together.As having worked with migrant, queer, racialised communities, we can work-through racial trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions.
