I offer sessions face to face or online. My approach intersects somatic psychology, existential psychotherapy and I also integrate trauma-informed approaches as I described above. I am curious about how you see the world, what matters to you, and how you are feeling physically, mentally and spiritually to support you to embody a life that feels meaningful for you. When working with couples or families, I draw on systemic theory where I look at the system itself and what is blocking them to build relationships that feel healthy and deeper.
