In 2009, I qualified as an Integrative Counsellor holding a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling. I have done further training in Person-Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression, and Systemic Family Therapy, and am currently pursuing an Advanced Couples Therapy Diploma.Prior to studying counselling, I trained with Psychology of Vision and the work of Dr Chuck Spezzano for 12 years.
