Professor of Pediatrics and Director of the Division of Pediatrics and the DOHaD Research Unit at the University Hospital CHUV in Lausanne, Switzerland, Umberto Simeoni is an internationally recognized expert in neonatal and pediatric intensive care. His research focuses on the Developmental Origins of Health and Disease, particularly concerning cardiovascular health in perinatal conditions, and he is also interested in perinatal bioethics.
